Letter from the Fraternity of Order

Lucky succeeds in pickpocketing Tenelor. Amongst the spoils is this folded up letter:

To Tenelor,

By order of the Harmonium and the Fraternity of Order, you are hereby authorized to deliver this formal Notice of Conduct Violation to one Goatous Banderthatch (henceforth referred to as "Goaty").

Charges include, but are not limited to:

• Unauthorized interplanar business operations
• Disrupting lawful contracts via infernal loopholes
• Illegal matchmaking under pretenses of "fate"
• Reckless endangerment through "fun"
• Excessive use of carnival-based deception

You are to serve this notice at your earliest convenience. The recipient is expected to acknowledge and respond within three (3) cycles or face further legal scrutiny.

Enforcement beyond delivery is not your responsibility. However, should he refuse receipt, standard retrieval methods are permitted.

Do not let him talk you into anything.
